Privacy:	The following report, given to the interested person for the treatment of personal data ("Data") according to the article 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196, regarding the personal data protection code ("Protection Code"), available on line on the page http://www.garanteprivacy.it, integrates the available one on page "Privacy Policy" to which it is resent. For the following report, the interested person for the treatment of personal data is the physical person (and the related belonging structure) who desires to send a message to Gennelli Allori Srl, owner of the Data treatment (the "holder").We inform the interested person, the requested data to send the message by form are optional but indispensable for possible requests and/or questions. The unfulfilled contribution of data (in particular, address of email) will not permit to send the message by web. The Data are treated by the Owner exclusively according to the aims expressed by the received messages, as an example, to answer to possible requests, to send quotation, trade information about products and/or services about the received message. The data will be treated with the help of electronic tools and with logic procedures, aiming at improving the treatment with the respect of the safety measures, foreseen by the Privacy Code. In particular, the data supplied to the interested person will be preserved on a data bank available on the Holder's local computer.It is recommended that the interested person has not to send sensible Data (about, as for example, health, religious and political opinions), which will be, in any case, immediately cancelled, failing written expressed authorisation of the interested person for the treatment.The Candidate can apply to the Owner, considering the above mentioned addresses to exercise the rights foreseen by the Protection Code (article 7), and, in particular, enter the Data, ask for their modification and update, oppose to the treatment for valid grounds.
